Duck Dynasty Good Friday
Are you a fan of the hit TV show Duck Dynasty? When I first saw it, I was mesmerized by the crazy beards and back-country talk. I wouldn’t have admitted to anyone that I enjoyed watching. My husband soon figured it out, though! And we’ve watched it together many a time since.
I quickly realized that every episode ended with the extended family gathered around the table while Grandpa thanks God for the day and blesses the food. Not long after that I began to hear rumors that the Robertson family is using the TV show as an extension of their ministry.

Yep, we watch Duck Dynasty too. If you try to watch other reality shows, it has become a collection of beeps – beeping out the profanity. I don’t have to worry about that with this show. I absolutely love the way each show ends with the lesson learned and family gathered around the table and prayer. I’m pleasantly surprised that it is still on. I join them in praying that it will touch lives for the Lord.
Yes, it is amazing this show has taken off as much as it has!

I really enjoy this show. It makes me laugh, and that’s important these days. I also like that it’s a clean show that naturally shows families and their faith. Thanks for highlighting it on your blog! Maybe we’ll pick up a few more DUCK DYNASTY fans. 🙂
