    (And by the way, I’m not a fan of your mobile theme. Much too hard to read. Switched back to desktop site.)

    1. I’m with a brand new small publishing house and funds are lean for marketing this release. Mailing from the USA to Canada OR within Canada is very expensive compared to USA –> USA.
