I don’t show off my little girls all that often, so it’s time!
We spent a few days together last week, enjoying each other’s company. See? The pic above is still about food as 3 little girls enjoy yummy peas, fresh from Gramma’s garden.
Here’s SweetPea. She’s three and a half now! Such a big girl, and so fun to visit with.
Rosalie, SweetPea’s little sister, is 15 months. Busy busy busy.
We’re hoping Rosalie and her cousin Aspen will be best of friends. They’re 5 months apart. Yep, that means we were celebrating Aspen’s first birthday this week!
Not sure why I didn’t get any pix of the girls playing on top of the water bag. All the kids at the party, from crawlers to gallopers, had great fun. This water bag was made from two plastic drop sheets and duct tape, then filled with water, as found on Pinterest. For the win!
Here Mommy/Auntie Hanna enjoyed playing on the trampoline with the little girls. That trampoline is a big hit with all three generations.
I love having my whole family together, and a first birthday is a celebration all by itself. We grilled farm-fresh hamburgers, enjoyed homemade strawberry cake with fresh, local berries and whipped cream. Some of the side dishes, brought by family and friends, were garden-fresh as well.
Happy Birthday, Little Girl!
Delightful photos of your precious girls. We had a brief overnight visit from our almost-two-year-old GREAT grandson this week… such a special time!
