This weekend we said goodbye to a historic (adjective) herd (noun) of Hereford (noun) cattle. They will be humanely (adverb) treated at their new home (noun). Now we have (verb) other options such as focusing our farm on herbs (noun) and honey (noun).
V.V. Denman says
Cute. At first I was thinking you were from Hereford, Texas. (proper noun)
Valerie says
LOL, nope. From down home on the Canadian farm where we (used to) raise Hereford cross cattle! Thanks for stopping by!
Margaret Fisk says
Yay for the cows and herbs and honey :). Very cute, btw :D.
Valerie says
Thank you, I’m trying to be cute. Glad to know it’s working lol.
Jean says
Horrors! But I know this is something you’ve been trying to ease out of for some time. Best of luck with the honey and herbs. At least you can go on vacation without having to worry as much about getting them food and water — or having them escape.
Valerie says
LOL on the escaping. True, that. We will be adding some livestock to the mix again at some point, but haven’t made solid plans yet. Stay tuned!
