  1. Yay! It’s a wonderful feeling of accomplishment to write “The End” at the end (even if you know it’s not really the end because eventually it will all have to be revised). 🙂 But still, you wrote the whole thing. I raise my cup of coffee to you. (because it’s only 8:30 a.m. and I don’t do anything stronger than coffee most of the time, anyway.) Cheers!

  2. Awesome!! Congratulations and wonderful work. Smart move on jotting down your thoughts when you had them. Good luck with revisions. Mine are more work than writing, I think, but I chalk that up to the organic process.

  3. Thanks, Jean. The only novel I’ve ever revised I revised twice–and then shelved. So I’m a little nervous about this process yet. And yes, I think its more work than writing. After all, I *used* to say, *but I can fix that in revision*, and now the time has come.

  4. Way to go Val!! ^^b
Had been following your progress quietly by the sidelines. I’m glad you made it through. You’re a pretty quick writer!

Best of luck with those edits. Evil little bugs.. Show them who’s the boss, make them be scared of YOU! 🙂 And i hope the truck problems will get fixed too.

    Take care.
