Seems that many Christian publishing houses believe that most readers prefer novels set in the United States. I’m not doubting that’s true. I’m sure they’ve done their research and tested the market.
Of course, there are still plenty of people who also enjoy fiction set in other lands. Today we’re launching a blog and hope you’ll come by to have a look. Author Lisa Harris is writing from The Heart of Africa and has a series of suspense novels on contract with Zondervan. She’s giving away a novel this week at ICFW by Tom Davis called SCARED, a novel that gives voice to impoverished children in Swaziland.
Yours truly will be posting regularly at International Christian Fiction Writers Blog about once a month, starting next Saturday.
Come on by and follow our blog if you’re interested!
