Have you come from the back of Her Unlikely Hero? Welcome!

The backstory for Dafne and Connor spans multiple books. They’re secondary (or even tertiary) characters in many of these, but here are the highlights:

Other Than a Halo (Christmas at the Miss Snowflake Pageant 2) is the story of Dafne’s cousin and his romance with a delightful single mom. In this story, Dafne runs away from Connor (and from her home in Spokane) when he pressures her to abort her pregnancy, and escapes to her cousin Rob Santoro in Helena, Montana.

Wishes on Wildflowers (Urban Farm Fresh Romance 4) is the story of Connor’s half-brother Nathan’s romance with Dafne’s cousin Jasmine. You’ll meet Nathan and Connor’s dad (Pops) and read a significant moment between Dafne and Connor toward the end of the book.

Raindrops on Radishes (Urban Farm Fresh Romance 6) is the story of Dafne’s brother Peter’s romance with Sadie, who contacted Connor in the story you just read in her role as a family lawyer.

Joys of Juniper (Urban Farm Fresh Romance 11) is the story of Dafne’s sister Ava’s romance with Seth Donahue. You’ll see Dafne in a significant support role in this story as a college student and single mother of a preschooler.

Kiss Me Like You Mean It, Cowboy (Cavanagh Cowboys Romance 4) is Dafne’s story after she moves to Jewel Lake, Montana. She takes her first job teaching high school history and falls in love with cowboy Blake Cavanagh. This story takes place about a year before Her Unlikely Hero.
