Audrey Regan is certain she has what it takes to design wedding dresses for the rich and famous. Everything hinges on this moment. If she can only make fickle socialite Kim Renfroe happy, she’ll be all set. But Kim is playing one designer against another, and Audrey is nearly out of time. The date for her best friend Carly’s wedding at the famous Tanglewood Inn in Atlanta is drawing near, and Audrey will be away from New York–and Kim–for a time. Except Kim’s determined to see Carly’s dress.
J. R. Hunt is the groom’s tattooed, Harley-riding brother and best man. He’s definitely not the kind of guy that Audrey should be attracted to. Not that it matters, because J. R. will hit the road right after the wedding and Audrey will be back in New York–if she can land Kim or another big contract to fund her for just a little longer.
But maybe, just maybe, there’s more to their attraction than a flirt-for-a-week?
Back in this novel are all the characters from the previous books in the series, Always the Baker, Never the Bride and Always the Wedding Planner, Never the Bride. Sometimes the scenes seemed a little crowded with so many ‘extras’ in there. On the other hand, I absolutely loved the other books and it didn’t take long to get everyone straight again. However, if you haven’t read the others, do get them first. You’ll want to, anyway!
