We had a lovely visit last week from our daughter, son-in-law, and two little granddaughters, who’d each just celebrated a birthday (4 and 2). My big smile this week was picking raspberries with my two-and-a-half-year-old granddaughter on November 8. We gobbled up about a cup’s worth! Not anything I’ve ever experienced in November before.
We’re still on vacation, and have just returned to mainland British Columbia from Haida Gwaii (Queen Charlotte Islands). The Balance Rock is one of the peaceful ocean views we’ve been enjoying for the past few days.
