Jim and I celebrated our 34th wedding anniversary this past week. We went for a little walk by the Marysville Falls and to a Bavarian restaurant for dinner. Love is a choice… and I’m glad we both made this one 34+ years ago!

Yesterday my family was here for Thanksgiving. With my sister, brother-in-law, niece, and two grephews as well as our kids and grandgirls, we had a lovely turkey dinner and plenty of visiting. My niece made macarons and pumpkin cheesecake for dessert. Definitely much to be thankful for (not just the food!) and therefore… my smile…

I’m smiling this week because my wonderful hubby has completed a couple of house projects we’ve been meaning to get to for a while. Our kitchen has new lights and a ceiling!
