  1. I have, indeed, trapped wild yeast for sourdough. It was back when I was living in Berkeley, which is a veritable haven for yeasts and molds, and it was pretty easy. I could probably do it here, too, especially if I tried right after Kevin brews some beer. 😉

    I don’t remember when my started died, whether it was a lack of care or what. I really should make some more.

      1. Heh. Okay, deal. I’ll let you know when I do it. (If I wait for Kev’s next brew batch, it’ll probably be next month. He generally brews about once every month or so.)
